I purchased a used x2 and there were defects which I would have expected to be picked up at the multipoint inspection. These were corrected at a later date but should have been spotted and corrected before going on sale

Absolute rogue traders. Booked via your app and it seemed dodgy when customer service had no idea what price was agreed. Got a call an hour later saying basic service was 3x higher. clearly an exercise where you try to haggle to rip off customers

Customer service was terrible. They never phoned back when they said they where. Constant delays in the car being repaired, started as 1 day repair and ended as a week with no support offered.

Car was lovely and clean however, front right of bumper was popped out like it had been bumped, tracking was out very slightly which would support this and rear view camera (aftermarket) was no longer working upon picking the car up.

Service was good overall. However I dropped the car off at 08:00 and was told the work would be complete within the hour so decided to wait based on that information. Ended up being over 2 hours.

Quoted for extra work, then wouldn't phone me back when I asked for further information. I finally had to approve the work due to time pressure, then did telephone me to increase the quoted price by over £2,000. The work appears not to be required.

When I booked in I was told I had a guaranteed 2 hour slot and my car would be ready by 4pm if I dropped it off for 2pm. However I had to wait 35 minutes and my car wasn't ready until 4.35pm and I then got stuck in rush hour traffic.

All were polite and professional. Dissapointed having to make another appointment, after car bring with Halliwell Jones overnight, because the part needed was not in stock. HJ new my Ambient Lighting was not working. They should have checked before.

I received no updates from the centre throughout the day and I had to call the centre at 4pm as my car was only booked in for the day. At 4:30pm I received a call back to say my car would not be ready until the following day.

Overall you're usually top notch and I'll still give five stars but one thing niggled me with this one. I phoned up numerous times and got no answer. Get to the dealers though and there's loads of people there.

Great service easy to book drop off and pick up after, a nice clean fully serviced car

Made the booking approx. 4 weeks in advance and arranged for a courtesy car. Courtesy car was provided however it was filthy inside with remains of food / dog hair etc on seats and in footwells. Had to insist it was cleaned before I took it.

Was informed picking up keys all was ok. Report and video received the day later (31 dec) indicates advisories on front tyres including a split/cut! Contacted service centre to raise concerns.
