I would definitely recommend Halliwell Jones Warrington to family and friends. They are very competitive with a local independent BMW garage in price comparison terms. Also they are far superior in their customer service levels.

Contacted the Service Manager ahead of my appointment and was greeted by her verbal response that she had not read it and asked what the problem was. The car has been in Warrington BMW three times within the last 12 months for the same problem

Great service but frustrating as next brake pad service interval was due in 2000 miles (this was MOT/brake fluid service) wasn't picked up (appeared on the dash the NEXT day). Apologies were given but still frustrating to have to re-book in.
